Since then, she has held many roles both in restaurant and working in the field, from Sales Operations Coach to Franchisee Manager, Operations Partner (OP), and her current role as a Franchise Business Partner (FBP). I’ve contacted Burger King several times on their website, email, and Facebook message. You can only make a complaint on the website form. Going to the Burger King website you can’t get a working phone number that allows you to talk to a real person. The last time I was there that manager bad mouth me in front of other employees for asking for onion rings instead of fries. There is one manager at the Burger King at the New Covington Pike location next to Walmart across from Methodist north hospital that refuses to give me onion rings instead of fries. It’s the same pricing for the coupon and on the menu. The last receipt shows the order with fries. The receipts in the picture shows they can give you onion rings instead of fries. So I ask for onion rings instead of fries. All their combos inside the restaurant says combo meal prices come with fries. Burger King sends me coupons that offers fries.
